Hi! Aunt Flo officially came yesterday, so that was exciting! I couldn’t help thinking about how that might be her last visit for a while. Pregnancy “dating” is done from the first day of your last period, so yesterday was an important day.
I decided to postpone my oral exam until the fall. Then I can just focus on the FS this semester and (hopefully) get it done. I can study for the orals over the summer. It’s pretty disappointing but it makes sense so that’s what I’m doing.
The ironic thing is that I knew we had infertility issues a long time ago, but I waited to go to the infertility clinic until September, to give me time to finish this degree before any babies would be born. Now that’s probably going to happen anyway. Oh well. I’m ready to move on with my life. Another ironic thing is that if we didn’t have infertility, I would have gotten pregnant much sooner and not finished the degree anyway.
